Bob Myles — President, Tartan Canada Corporation

Bob became President and CEO of Tartan
Canada in September of 2011. Prior to joining Tartan, he worked
for ATCO Ltd. in the gas, midstream and pipeline businesses. Bob
was President of ATCO Pipelines and ATCO Energy Solutions, and
most recently was responsible for ATCO's Corporate Development
Business Unit. Prior to ATCO, Bob worked with Petro-Canada in
their refining operations. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical
Engineering.

Kirby Smith — Vice President of Finance
and Administration, Tartan Canada Corporation

|
|
Kirby holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree
with a major in Accounting from the University of Alberta and
is a Chartered Accountant. He has extensive experience in the
financial operations of public and private companies. Prior to
joining Tartan Canada in 2006, Kirby held various financial positions
with a publicly traded international financial services company
and an international accounting firm. Kirby is currently responsible
for Tartan Canada’s finance and administration activities.

Jeff Dunn — Director, Business Development,
Tartan Canada Corporation

Jeff brings Tartan Canada over 20 years
of sales and marketing experience in the chemical and oil and
gas industries with a number of Fortune 500 companies. Jeff holds
a B. Sc. in Business Administration and an M.Sc. in Economics,
both from North Dakota State University.

Darril Brown — General Manager, Projects,
Tartan Canada Corporation
|
|
|
Darril's oil and gas career spans more
than 35 years and includes a variety of senior management positions.
Prior to joining Tartan Canada, he was Project Director, Major
Projects, for Ledcor Industrial, where he was responsible for
managing projects over 500 million dollars in value. His extensive
project management portfolio includes Shell's Athabasca Oil Sands
and Suncor's Millennium megaprojects. A key focus of Darril's
current role with Tartan includes implementing the necessary processes
and controls required for managing large scale projects. In addition
to his project management and QA/QC responsibilities, Darril is
also a key contributor to the company's strategic growth initiative.

Leon Sampson — General Manager, Tartan
Industrial Contractors Ltd.
|
|
|
Leon has overall responsibility for Tartan
Industrial's field operations. His oil and gas engineering and
construction management background, spanning contracting as well
as owner-operator environments, includes more than 10 years of
experience in pipelines, process piping, structural steel erection
and piling. Leon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
from Dalhousie University, and is a registered Professional Engineer.
He joined Tartan Industrial in 2006.

Dale Milne — General Manager, LML Industrial
Contractors Ltd.
|
|
|
Dale has over 20 years of management experience
in a variety of industries, including seven years in the oilfield
sector. In addition to his management expertise, Dale’s professional
career history includes seven years as an Engineering/Computer
instructor at Lakeland College as well as an extensive background
in computer software design and management. Dale holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University
of Alberta. He has strong relationship building skills and is
actively involved in a number of community organizations.
