Doug Lautermilch  Chief Executive Office & President

Doug Lautermilch has recently joined Tartan as the CEO and President. Doug brings over thirty years' experience in both Engineering and Field Services. Prior to joining Tartan Doug was the President and CEO of Gemini Corporation and prior to Gemini Corporation he was the COO of FT Services. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Calgary and received his MBA from Queen's University. 



Randy Boomhour – Chief Financial Officer

Randy is responsible for all financial matters of the company including leading the finance, accounting, field administration, risk management, and corporate governance functions. Randy has extensive experience in acquisitions and financing transactions. Randy has over 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience from working in Fortune 500 companies to startup companies. In the past, Randy was the CFO of a large industrial maintenance company. He also co-founded another industrial maintenance company that was later sold to a strategic buyer. Randy has an undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a professional accountant with designations in Canada (CPA, CMA) and the USA (CPA).


Linda D’Angelo — Vice President, Sales & Marketing

With over 20 years of experience as a sales and marketing executive, Linda is responsible for Tartan Canada Corporation’s Sales & Marketing. Linda has a proven track record in revenue generation, the effective use of the sales process, strategic account management and customer service. Linda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Linda is a strong believer in making a contribution and giving back to the industry and the community. From an industry standpoint, Linda is involved in numerous energy associations and in the area of community, Linda advocates on behalf of people suffering from Arthritis and has been awarded the 2002 Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal for distinguished service.



Leon Sampson — Vice President, Corporate Services

Leon's overall responsibility for Tartan Canada Corporation's corporate services include IT, corporate health and safety, quality control and assurance programs, procurement and asset management. His oil and gas engineering and construction management background includes more than 15 years of experience in pipelines and facility construction (including site works), fabrication of process piping and structural steel, demolition projects, and execution of maintenance and shutdown contracts. Leon holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Dalhousie University, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Alberta. Leon also holds an ICCS (Industrial Construction Crew Supervisor) designation through Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.



Joe Bandura — Vice President, Non-Union Operations

Joe is responsible for the operational performance of Tartan Canada Corporation's non union operations. Joe Bandura has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, primarily focused in maintenance and construction. Prior to joining Tartan Canada Corporation, in 2003, Joe founded Arc Line Construction Ltd., and in 1984 he founded Bandjo Oilfield Services.




Randy Vandervoort – Vice President, Projects

Randy is responsible for leading, developing, and managing projects for Tartan Canada Corporation. He has over 30 yearsexperience managing heavy industrial mechanical contracts. Previously, Randy was the General Manager of Project USA with Flint Energy, and then became Vice President of Projects Canada with URS Flint. Randy brings in depth knowledge of all components required for successful project execution. 



Jason Beaman – Director of Human Resources

Jason’s background consists of more than 16 years in Human Resources and Labour Relations in the construction, mining and the agriculture industries. Jason holds two degrees from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management. He is also a member of Human Resources Associations in both Alberta and Saskatchewan and attains a Canadian Human Resource Professional designation. Jason was selected by the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board as a management representative in August, 2013 and is currently active in this role.
